Position: Capital Markets Business Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH (Day 1 Onsite)
Experience: 8+ years in the Banking domain (preferably Capital Markets)

Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our leading client’s team in Columbus, OH. As part of an agile team, you will design and deliver technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable. You will be involved in deriving I/O mapping for transformational processes and visualizing the preprocessing required.

Depending on the team, you could be working on one of the following:

• Enhancing customer control over banking features.
• Strategizing how big data can optimize trading systems.
• Innovating payment systems for merchants.
• Supporting the integration of private and public cloud platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Problem Identification & Analysis: Uncover hidden issues and patterns in data and use those insights to suggest improvements.
• Data Handling & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and synthesize diverse, large data sets to create visualizations and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement: Focus on improving software applications and systems by leveraging insights derived from data.
