Infrastructure Program Manager - Intellect Solutions LLC

Responsibilities

• Work with OCC staff to refine business, functional, and technical requirements, and scope of projects. Document requirements and scope for each project.
• Perform program management activities in compliance with PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), industry best practices, and OCC procedures.
• Store program documents in repositories as directed by OCC (currently Microsoft Project Online [MSPO]).
• Respond to data calls and requests for information related to service area project management activities within specified timelines.
• Perform change and configuration management requirements associated with project initiation and execution.
• Conduct program management activities according to OCC’s defined processes. Manage program reviews following OCC’s procedures.
• Coordinate and facilitate project acceptance. Update the MSPS project site with project information and schedules as per OCC procedures.
• Implement a regular reporting mechanism to track project tasks, present status reports, and identify potential issues and resolutions.
• Develop communication plans, including channels, frequency, and messaging. Coordinate with OCC communications team for message dissemination.
• Develop project plans with time and cost estimates. Assist with cost/benefit analysis for each project.
• Prepare necessary non-technical documentation and manage the production schedule of technical documents and project proposals.

Key Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a program manager for Federal Infrastructure IT services of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Required certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
