Litigation Associate at Etechhi

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available with a law firm in the Boston, MA area for a Litigation Attorney. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits including insurance benefits, hybrid options, PTO, and other great perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of Litigation experience including Written Discovery, Depositions, Mediations, Hiring Experts, is a MUST
• Demonstrated experience running and managing own case load is a MUST
• Experience litigating Personal Injury, TBI, Catastrophic Injury, Construction, Corporate, Business or Employment Cases is a BIG PLUS
• Active MA Bar Admission is a MUST
  • Additional Bar Admissions for RI or CT is a BIG PLUS
• Juris Doctor degree is a MUST
