Operator 2, Machine Compensation

• The pay for this position is $22.70 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Operator 2, Machine Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is D-Shift : 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-hour rotating shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) with alternating 36 and 48-hour workweeks (Monday–Sunday)

Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products
• Operate utility equipment under general supervision
• Maintain accurate production records in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety and quality guidelines
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet production goals
• Adapt to rotating tasks and changing responsibilities as needed
• Make routine decisions within scope of work and follow instructions precisely

Operator 2, Machine Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic knowledge of standard production tasks, tools, and processes
• Ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English
• Perform basic math calculations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
