A high-volume establishment serving thousands daily seeks a results-driven Regional Food Service Manager to lead its food department and oversee operations at a big store in Monsey or multiple smaller stores in Brooklyn. This leadership role focuses on ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all locations.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Manage food department operations at a large flagship location.
2. Oversee product preparation, inventory management, and quality control at multiple stores.
3. Collaborate with store managers to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards across locations.
6. Train and support managers and staff to foster professional growth and team success.
7. Hours are 7 AM-3 PM Sunday-Friday.
