Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Javascript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
- 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in developing systems that use AI, large language models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and building developer tools that improve productivity, automation and quality and integrate in the software development workflow.
- Experience in managing AI-powered systems with reliability, quality and performance.
- Ability to lead engineering teams in building and delivering products from conception to launch.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team, set clear expectations, provide regular performance feedback, and mentor engineers to support their growth while fostering a collaborative, performing team culture.
- Guide team in building reliable, and quality Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered developer tools, empower tech leads and ensure best practices.
- Define clear goals, prioritize, and organize the team for successful delivery of software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and evolve the product roadmap for AI-motivated software development.
- Improve team operations, processes, and hiring to build a strong engineering team.
