Job Type: Part-Time Salary:$70/hour
Position Summary
UCEBT is seeking a licensed psychologist to serve as theActingProgram Director (PD) for our Assessment & Testing Team. This leadership role is designed to oversee the clinical, administrative, and operational functions of the team while maintaining alignment with organizational policies, ethical standards, and licensure regulations. TheActingPD is supervised by the CEO.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Represents views of PD group and acts as a liaison, aggregating clinician feedback and conveying to administrative teams. PD rep positions include Exec, Operations, Marketing/Outreach, Ethics/Crisis management.
- Ensures team member compliance with any relevant laws and operations procedures of the center. For example, monitoring adherence to crisis procedure, ensuring clinical coverage, identifying a need for a therapist remediation plan, timely completion of client documentation
- Regularly monitors financial and administrative targets for adherence in collaboration with Ops (IE clinical hours, budget utilization, etc.)Generates plan for corrective action when out of team target adherence.
- Provides direct weekly supervision to program CCC (creation and dissemination of monthly administrative progress reports for primary clinicians, updating clinician availability tracker, tracking CE hours, team leave/coverage needs)
- Creates and implements program-specific procedures and records these in the Operations Manual of UCEBT or a program operation manual. Manages and updates team’s mini ops manual
- Meets with clinicians and trainees as needed to address program-specific administrative concerns and provide direct feedback. Provides feedback to secondary clinicians or trainees supervisor on performance as needed.
- Seeks administrative supervision from CEO as needed
- Ensures team members meet CE requirements for ongoing licensure and PsyPact approval
- Discusses and supports primary clinicians in aligning training with program needs
- Provides oversight and timely consultation for urgent clinical issues that arise with the clients and clinicians within their program, following crisis plan as needed.
- Monitors therapist caseloads and burnout or impairment
- Flexibly supports patients, clinicians, and program needs by maintaining an average of assigned number of clinical hours per week including direct service delivery, supervision, provision of formal training, office hours, and free consultations.
- Holds responsibility for the client assignment and clinical coverage within the program.
- Leads regular consultation team meetings
- Maintains a census of current clients within their program and the type of care provided. Monitors need for evaluation, graduation, transfer to other teams or external referral.
- Disseminate clinical policies or information to clinicians as needed.
- Communicates feedback to individual providers and/or primary supervisor about client care
- Addresses conflict and disagreement with program staff.
- Provides clinical supervision/consultation to Post Docs and primary clinicians on your team.
- Elicits feedback about the team (e.g., how it is functioning, team size, team content)
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of Utah
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology
- Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments and writing integrative reports
- Familiarity with ethical and legal standards set by the American Psychological Association (APA) and Utah DOPL
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising clinicians, trainees, or administrative staff
- Knowledge of program development or operational planning in outpatient settings
- PsyPact credentialed
- Familiarity with evidence-based assessment tools
