PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.
PMX Lift is the Advanced TV (ATV) practice run out of Publicis media exchange (PMX). This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.
PMX Lift is looking for a talented and highly motivated AD of Measurement and Analytics, to join the growing team and help drive all aspects of executing PMX Lift campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
This role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, with a focus on the Health Vertical and collaboration across different teams of experts within PMX Lift.
Must haves include a proven track record and comfort in a client-facing role, a deep understanding of advanced TV and video ecosystems, and expertise in reporting analytics & converting data observations into insights & recommendations. Responsibilities
- Reports to Director, Measurement & Analytics, PMX Lift
- Engage with key client and agency teams, presenting campaign results effectively
- Lead communication with partners regarding clients' reporting and measurement needs
- Possess technical knowledge of advanced TV outputs and understand client business goals, linking outcomes to campaign activity with data
- Assist in digital measurement setup and communication across teams
- Utilize HH ID matching/graphs for measurement purposes
- Understand advanced attribution measurement techniques such as attitudinal studies, foot traffic, transactional data, script lift, audience quality, doctor visits, etc.
- Collaborate with PMX Lift Investment team during campaign planning for attribution measurement setup
- Partner with Activation team to analyze post-campaign reporting, providing insights and recommendations
- Monitor campaign deliverables at all stages, including pacing and reporting
- Participate in measurement projects and product development within PMX Lift
- Engage as a key stakeholder across disciplines like strategy, investment, activation, agency, and client teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or media company with client-facing responsibilities
- Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and OTT
- Experience with platforms such as Ampersand, Dish, DirecTV, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Paramount Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.
- Understanding of measurement offerings like Nielsen, Comscore, Ispot, VideoAmp, etc.
- Deep knowledge of traditional and digital media data and measurement
- Experience in process building and workflow documentation
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Strong critical thinking and data mining skills for actionable insights
- Relationship-building and decision-making skills, with creative thinking
- Experience with the health vertical from publisher, agency, or client perspective is preferred
- Attention to detail, initiative, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. The actual pay will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. The application deadline is 6/4/2025.
