Job Description:
Illuminate Academy and ABA Therapy is actively searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to fill a full-time on-site position in Ohio. The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years BCBA experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
- 40% Virtual, 60% In Person
- 25 billable hours per week for Full Time BCBAs
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians
- Building schedule out weekly, with 25 billable hours met
- Conduct assessments, including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, PEAK, AIM, and ACT.
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Provide on-site behavior support when needed
- Design curriculum, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis
- Navigate company systems including Microsoft, Central Reach, and Salesforce
- Collaboration with local teams, including clinical, educational, administration and direct staff
- Assistance with marketing and representing the company while growing in the state
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
