About the Role

LOCATION – Bethesda, MD / Cleveland, OH / Hybrid - Remote

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to be the face and voice of Forge Insurance with our agency distribution partners. In this role, you will engage with both new and existing agency partners, understand different agency types, and effectively communicate the Forge value proposition to drive submissions and new business premiums. Your responsibilities include creating demand for our insurance products through agency outreach, providing training on our Agency technology to increase portal activity, and supporting our partners. Moderate travel may be required but will be planned in advance.
