About the Job
Job Description: The candidate will be the project/program manager that helps prioritize, facilitate and in some cases help execute the Book of Work under Architecture & Strategy.
Facilitate the demand in-take & prioritization process for activities that impact Bank, initiated by central COO, Risk & Control, Enterprise programs.
Drive delivery of milestones in individual roadmaps, against critical path while ensuring that appropriate governance processes, escalation paths and project management reporting frameworks are in place.
Manage and solve complex dependencies and negotiate compromises
Provide reporting updates on slippages and status/issues/risk as it relates to the full portfolio under Bank.
Ensure we follow one set of processes and standards across Bank and not a bifurcated execution between markets and banking
Track and communicate project status across with senior leadership team
Strong track record of managing expectations at the senior leadership level
Strong written documentation skills to support assessments
Strong experience in technology, people/org strategies and process improvement initiatives
