Overview: - Hiring for 12/24 Start Date - Physician Owned Practice - 7 practitioners, 3 physicians and 4 mid levels, looking to add a physician to group.
- Established comprehensive dermatology business offering general derm, Mohs, Superficial Radiation Therapy(SRT), & clinical research, among other services - Group is currently in the process of adding a laser/cosmetic center - General derm(Mohs not required but will train if interested).
- The base will be $500,000/ year plus productivity bonus.
Plus a $100,000 sign in bonus.
$100,000 SRT Bonus totaling $200K Sign on.
- Malpractice, health, retirement fund, CME, 6 week PTO.
- Strong Admin support, highest ratio of MA per doctor: 4 to 5 MAs/scribes per doctor.
- Option to do cosmetic, lasers and clinical trials if interested - Physician owned private practice in business for over 40 years.
- Very high patient satisfaction rate - Strong referral base from PCPs - Schedule: work 3, 4 or 5 days a week as you desire and cover either 2 or 3 of the offices - Benefits include health and malpractice insurance, 4 weeks off the first year and up to 6 weeks off after year 2 - Profit sharing from some of our services
