Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support with PC hardware (hard drives, memory, power supplies...)
• Microsoft Windows troubleshooting
• Account management (Active Directory)
• Microsoft Azure administration
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Support with system backups
• Support with network and infrastructure diagraming (Visio)
• Support with network concepts and configuration
• Helpdesk support
• Network Security support and network switches and VLAN configuration support
• Deviations and Change Control
• Windows Patch Management
Qualifications / Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering
• Two – Five years of working experience supporting development organization
• Network infrastructure, servers, and operating system support
• Windows operating system and Active Directory (workstation/Thin Clients and server if possible)
• VMware, Hyper V, and Virtualization in server environments
• Scripting (Powershell and Command line)
• Excellent customer service
• Good documentation experience
• Shipping and Receiving
Physical Requirements:
• The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed
• The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
• The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
• The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 25% of applicable work time.
• The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
• Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
Travel
• Occasional (up to 10%) travel may be required based on business needs.
