About the Job
The Director of HR Technology (Talent Acquisition and Talent) role is responsible for driving the evolution of technological capabilities across the Talent Acquisition eco-system to support enterprise and regional Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning strategies. Central to this role is the ability to serve as an internal consultant and solution provider to the Talent Acquisition and Talent COEs, advancing strategic growth and positioning across corporate and hotel populations. This role will leverage technical and product expertise, configuration capabilities, and research, both partnered and independent to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Your day to day
- Solution Identification: Utilize HCM configuration tools and research to identify, develop and implement optimal solutions for current and future business needs in Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning.
- Process Improvement: Work with COEs and gather partner feedback to enhance associate experiences within the Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning ecosystem.
- Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across disciplines and geographies to understand business needs, manage risks, and future-proof solutions.
- Change Management and Best Practices: Support and implement change management strategies, track success metrics, and integrate industry best practices into recruitment and talent aligned with business needs.
- Governance Framework Implementation: Collaborate with Global People Technology & Services to manage Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning initiatives.
- Program Tool Management: Execute and oversee tools that facilitate planning and inform requirements for Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning initiatives.
- Vendor Accountability: Engage with 3rd parties to ensure accountability and timely resolution for Talent Acquisition and Talent Planning technology solutions.
What we need from you
- Prior solutioning, configuration and deployment experience within Oracle HCM (Recruiting and Talent modules) required
- Experience working in a consultative role, that requires coordination across a diverse set of HR stakeholders.
- Strong functional business acumen and service orientation with timely decision-making skills under pressure.
- Effective in matrix organizations, collaborating with resources to achieve results through others.
- Capable of addressing difficult issues and guiding teams toward meaningful goals.
- Demonstrates leadership presence and credibility to influence at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized, strategic and system thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and develop scalable solutions.
- Experienced in leading indirect resources and maintaining knowledge of market trends and talent acquisition developments.
- Proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders, plan deployment efforts, and deliver executive-level content while enforcing program governance.
Limited travel - 10%
Location - this role can be based in any major US city and if ideal candidate is based in Atlanta our expectation is three (3) business days in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
