Private Equity Division
The firm’s Private Equity team deploys capital strategically in areas where it holds a competitive advantage—leveraging a long investment horizon, sector expertise, and a highly skilled team to drive impactful investments.
What impact can you make in this role?
As part of one of the largest and most established private equity investment teams globally, you will play a key role in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What will you do as an Executive Assistant?
- Provide administrative support with diligence and accuracy, serving as a gatekeeper while managing multiple requests professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, handling last-minute changes effectively.
- Organize meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, remote access setup, catering, and preparation of materials.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Track and process employee expenses and travel claims in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain key contact lists and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other key documents.
- Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee coordination of staff welfare activities and team events, including sourcing service providers and reviewing proposals.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, providing training on internal systems such as Concur, FCM, MyAccess, and Zoom.
- Assist with complex administrative or operational activities, such as coordinating travel and meeting arrangements for senior leadership, global executives, and government officials.
- Support team recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and facilitating case studies.
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- Collaborative, highly organized, and responsive professional with experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced global work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently and efficiently, even in ambiguous situations.
- Experience or strong interest in corporate event planning is preferred.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed, including arriving early or staying late.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, and travel booking software.

Compensation & Benefits
The firm offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. Compensation is based on performance and results, with total pay consisting of base salary and bonuses.
- Anticipated base salary range: $83,000 - $120,000
- Bonuses are performance-based and may form a meaningful portion of the total compensation package.
