We are a large Real Estate & Service organization looking for a FP&A Manager who will work closely with our VPs, Finance and Accounting Org Chart, Executive Management team and will be responsible for the day to day operations in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting and Analysis.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate and Service industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in ERP implementation, ensuring the successful integration of new systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including the creation and management of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
2. Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to meet the needs of the organization.
3. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Implement and manage the company's ERP system to streamline financial operations.
5. Use Great Plains and Advanced Excel to manage data and generate reports.
6. Perform financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
7. Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Real Estate, Service, Entertainment or Hospitality industry.
2. Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Proficiency in Great Plains and Advanced Excel is required.
4. Experience with financial consolidations and variance analysis.
5. Proven experience in financial modeling and ERP implementation.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
9. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is preferred.
