A reputable swine genetic provider is currently looking for an individual with a background in swine genetics and sales experience to join their team as an Account Manager. This is an opportunity for an individual to join a stable organization with an already established book of business in the industry. This individual will be providing quality genetics and consultation to swine producers in the Midwest, helping improve their gentic program and goals. This position offers a high earning potential with room for growth in the future.
Account Manager Responsibilities and Duties.
- Sell and educate customers on products and services of company
- Develop and maintain customer base
- Staying educated on company products
- Communicate directly with large swine producers
- Work closely with other company staff
- Travel designated territory
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Swine production and or sales experience
- Swine genetic experience
- Strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- 2- or 4-year college degree
