As an Outreach Representative, you will collaborate with well-known, government-funded programs and brands, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
Responsibilities of a Government-Funded Outreach Representative:
- Learn the Lifeline Program: Outreach Representatives complete our hands-on training to understand the history of the Lifeline program, how to enroll customers, resolve issues, and coordinate team activities
- Community Outreach & Enrollment : Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process
- Ensure Compliance & Fraud Prevention : To protect customers and maintain program integrity, follow all Lifeline program rules, and uphold strict fraud prevention standards
- Track & Improve Performance : Monitor campaign results and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams to enhance effectiveness
- Support Marketing & Sales Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking campaign data, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with Sales Teams : Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and maximize program impact
