The Director of Healthcare Regulatory Compliance is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance programs within a hospital environment . This role ensures adherence to federal healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and industry best practices while leading a team of compliance professionals. The position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Office of Inspector General (OIG), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and state healthcare regulatory bodies .
