Job Description:
· Analyze current benefits programs and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated solutions for benefits administration.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to employee benefits.
· Develop and maintain documentation for automated benefits processes.
· Provide training and support to HR and benefits teams on new automated systems.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automated benefits processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Lead or coordinate product demos and training sessions as needed.
· Ensure the HR Shared Services teams are adequately trained and prepared to support new product launches and features.
· Partner with project resources (COEs, Systems Analysts, QA, etc.) in all aspects of system testing, including developing test strategy documentation, creating test scripts, coordinating testing resources, compiling test completion metrics, and executing test scripts (including stress tests and user acceptance testing).
· Collaborate with project managers to ensure that business activities and deliverables are appropriately planned and executed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
· Proficiency with Workday, HRIS Systems, and other benefits applications.
· Proven experience with automation tools and technologies in the HR domain.
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
