Job Description:
As a member of this team you will contribute to CDM Smith's success by;
-Working onsite at our client location performing toll transaction process analysis and toll rate analysis.
-Developing and recommending toll rate structures based on data-driven analysis, economic conditions, and regulatory guidelines and evaluating traffic data.
-Analyzes and makes recommendations on the definition of strategic and operational KPIs.
-Develops planning and modeling tools to assist with enterprise project budgeting, return on investment analysis, strategic planning, etc.
-Develops financial models, profitability scenarios, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and process improvement.
-Prepares presentations to and recommendations for Senior Management.
-Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis including. analytical and research support for various corporate and business unit projects.
-Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree.
-3 years of related experience.
-Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
-5+ years’ experience in Toll Transaction Process Analysis and Toll Rate Analysis.
-3+ years’ experience in Staff Management.
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-related discipline.
-Knowledge of and experience developing and recommending toll rate structures based on data-driven analysis, economic conditions, and regulatory guidelines and evaluating traffic data.
-Knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures, and standards.
