Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365 support, troubleshooting, and the implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather software requirements, using tools like Jira for project management and task tracking.
• Conduct user interviews to capture application needs, particularly for Infor XA ERP.
• Design efficient software solutions integrating C# and Power BI for reporting and business intelligence.
• Develop specifications, manage code via GitHub, and configure software applications based on design specifications.
• Customize off-the-shelf software to meet specific business needs, ensuring integration with ERP, MRP, PLM, and CRM systems.
• Plan and test applications for functionality, performance, and security using agile methodologies and Jira for sprint management.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, assist with deployments, and ensure smooth transitions with end-users.
• Provide training and ongoing support for application usage, focusing on tools like Power BI.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in GitHub repositories and work with other IT professionals for integration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and efficiency.
• Ensure applications comply with security standards and evaluate third-party solutions when necessary.

Key Attributes:

• Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and expertise in using Jira for collaboration.
• Ability to train others on application use, particularly with Power BI.
• Team-oriented with experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable learning and integrating multiple application platforms, particularly ERP, MRP, PLM, and CRM systems.
• Familiar with software change control processes and version control using GitHub.
• Experience with SQL, database management, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Critical thinker with the ability to plan and maintain long-term solutions for applications like Infor XA ERP.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in agile environments.
