What's the role?
The Hilti Jobsite Specialist delivers management services to Strategic Partner customers on their construction projects. This position is responsible for inventory management of tools on hand, that supports development and fulfillment of the VIP and Champion 2020 Sales Strategies for our Strategic Partner Customers. This position primarily works with the customer jobsite personnel (project managers, superintendents, foremen, etc.) and coordinates activities with the jobsite Hilti departments.

What does the role involve?
Manage Jobsite Trailer placement on jobsite, schedule jobsite visits for maintenance, including cleaning, reconciliation, and min/max adjustments of consumables on hand in the designated cages on the job site per service level agreement
Perform monthly cycle count of tools on hand via SAP/ON!Track and report results of inventory checks with both customer and relevant Hilti team members
Manage tools for repair collection, processing, order entry, shipping, and return to the jobsite per service level agreement
Communicate orders to customer Purchasing team, update new or replacement tools in Fleet Inventory, and enroll in ON!Track
Check and maintain battery stock in working order, perform cleaning and light repair of tools on the jobsite, and record service in SAP
Work closely with Hilti Dedicated Delivery Service or other 3rd party delivery services regarding material movement to and from the jobsite, including material delivery and returns, tool repairs, and storage boxes
Work with local Hilti Store to maintain stock levels to support jobsites
Share relevant information gathered on jobsite visits with both jobsite and Hilti team members for follow up with customer
Update service level needs from customer and communicate to Hilti back office for billing
Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skills sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate is for this particular job posting. Please be advised that a different location may result in a different range. At Hilti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,000-$63,000 with bonus of $4,000-$4,500.

What you need is:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2 years of job site experience or Hilti Channels experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and service interactions required
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills required
- Basic understanding of Hilti order entry and inventory control processes preferred
- Experience with web-based software (SAP and ON!Track) preferred
- Mechanical inclination preferred
- Ability to interact with multiple departments at all levels of seniority
