Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage consulting projects related to tech services, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
3. Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of issues, including revenue recognition, software as a service, intercompany accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
6. Oversee and manage the financial aspects of tech services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior consulting role within the tech industry.
4. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on financial management and business strategy.
5. Expert knowledge of revenue recognition, software as a service, intercompany accounting, IFRS, and GAAP.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to decision-making.
9. High level of professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
10. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
