Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Consumables) - 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Duration: Temp to Hire
Shift: Mon-Thurs, 3:10 pm - 1:10 am
Job Description:
-Operate equipment to produce components based on blueprints or work instructions.
-Perform manufacturing, assembly, or packing operations.
-Record daily output.
-Follow all EHS and Quality policies, including wearing required PPE.
-Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and efficiency.
-Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
-High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
-1 year of manufacturing experience.
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
-Basic math skills.
-Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks (standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling) for long periods.
-Ability to read and write statements.
-Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Dress Code:
-OSHA-approved steel or composite-toe shoes.
-Long pants covering ankles and legs (jeans, slacks, uniform pants).
-Safety glasses on the production floor.
-No sweatpants, shorts, yoga pants, capris, or open-toed shoes.
-Shirt sleeves must cover shoulders and be free from offensive wording or images.
-Clothing must be free from tears.
