Market Development Manager/Business Development Rep - Dynamic Yield
Mastercard Services is our professional services and solutions arm, providing customers with value-added services to enhance business performance and consumer experiences. Our diverse services portfolio includes payments consulting, marketing, analytics and data insights, security solutions, open banking, and more.
Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is an AI-powered Personalization Anywhere platform that delivers individualized experiences at every customer touchpoint: web, apps, email, kiosks, IoT, and call centers.
We are seeking a Market Development Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive new business. Your core responsibilities will include reaching out to external decision-makers via email, phone, social media, direct mail, and other channels to secure meetings between those stakeholders and the Dynamic Yield Sales team. Additional responsibilities include:
- Collaborative strategy planning with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Attending events and conferences.
- Data entry and reporting.
- Content and copy creation.
- Hosting initial meetings with external stakeholders.
About You
- Highly motivated self-starter interested in launching a career in B2B tech sales.
- Analytical with a willingness to take on new projects.
- Coachable and task-oriented.
- Willing to work autonomously but also collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to master computer programs and applications (Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Suite, G-Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in Sales Development and/or Sales is a plus.

Pay Ranges
New York City, NY: $65,000 - $104,000 USD
Chicago, IL: $54,000 - $87,000 USD
