Title: Oracle CCB Senior Developer
Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation
Pay Range:$42.14-$60.20/Hrs
Description
• Design and develop technical solutions in a customer care and billing application.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support both production environments and capital projects.
• Work within an Agile Framework to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest application releases, features, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain the customer care and billing application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write complex queries and code to support the application.
• Integrate the application with other systems using web services.
• Establish and follow best practices in alignment with industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise projects and deployments.
• Monitor services and provide on-call production support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in developing and maintaining customer care and billing applications.
• Strong proficiency in developing customizations and integrations within the application.
• Experience in programming, database languages, and scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
