Candidates must possess outpatient orthopedic experience. However, our client is open to considering new graduates who have completed a clinical rotation in outpatient orthopedics.

Required Education and Certification

• Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in PTA
• Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or ability to obtain

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Conduct treatment sessions with patients
• Ensure patients are well-informed about their condition and prognosis
• Hold patients accountable for therapy attendance and adherence to their care plan
• Complete all necessary documentation for each visit
• Update care plans as necessary and discharge patients when appropriate
• Follow the therapist's care plan and maintain communication regarding patient care
• Supervise Therapy Technicians
• Document and celebrate patient successes
• Maintain up-to-date Case management lists
• Assist in Marketing efforts as directed by the Marketing department
• Track individual statistics and complete productivity reports
