NOTE:
Candidates must possess outpatient orthopedic experience. However, our client is open to considering new graduates who have completed a clinical rotation in outpatient orthopedics.

Required Education and Certification
- Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in PTA
- Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or ability to obtain
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Conduct treatment sessions with patients
- Ensure patients are well-informed about their condition and prognosis
- Hold patients accountable for therapy attendance and adherence to their care plan
- Complete all necessary documentation for each visit
- Update care plans as necessary and discharge patients when appropriate
- Follow the therapist's care plan and maintain communication regarding patient care
- Supervise Therapy Technicians
- Document and celebrate patient successes
- Maintain up-to-date Case management lists
- Assist in Marketing efforts as directed by the Marketing department
- Track individual statistics and complete productivity reports

Salary: $25 - $35 Hourly
