At LCRA, we are looking for a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Power Generation team! In this role you will manage an assigned crew so that all scheduled work is completed safely, efficiently, with the highest degrees of quality, and as planned in a power plant environment. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership in troubleshooting, effectively communicating with maintenance, operations, scheduling, planning, and engineering to resolve issues. You will be trusted to: - Provide expertise in the completion of complex repairs, installation, and maintenance of equipment in assigned area. |
You qualify with: - Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, or other relevant experience. You are a great fit with: - Experience in maintaining coal fired power plant equipment. |
