cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This position is on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires TS/SCI Clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience in any government agency.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as AGILE, PMBoK, etc.
• Active PMP certification.

Duties:

• Support development and implementation of Program Management Office (PMO) processes using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, and DHS SELC to document project goals, schedules, and risks.
• Manage daily engagement activities, staff supervision, planning, and client contacts, with possible business consulting services.
• Develop and update project management resources in the USCG SharePoint environment.
• Build and implement templates for project standardization.
• Document project execution criteria and management approaches.
• Support project prioritization and resource allocation.
• Assist with the ISR Systems and Technology project registry and SWOT analysis.
• Facilitate training and use of project management tools like MS Project, SharePoint, DI2E, and CG-EPM system.
• Support project managers with planning, activity coordination, and tracking.
• Assist with tailoring project plans for project kick-offs.
• Coordinate with agencies and facilitate risk escalation and resolution.
