The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality and compliance with OSHPD regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to HCAi standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including OSHPD standards.
- Review and approve design documents and plans in accordance with NCARB and AIA guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of HCAi and OSHPD regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
- NCARB certification and AIA membership preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
