$70,000 to $90,000 starting salary

• Maintain job file with all paperwork including change orders, plans, inspections, and communication log
• Confirm purchase orders have been distributed with appropriate plans
• Create job schedules and update
• Approve all invoices
• Confirm delivery of materials and start times
• Be well organized and time managed
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Maintain neat, tidy job sites
• Ensure job stages are completed as per schedule
• Ensure the job is ready for handover within the specified time of the building contract
• Resolve problems promptly and amicably
• Recognize important information to share with the owner and key staff
• Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, able to read and understand blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Willing to learn new Project Management software and applications

• Experience in Residential Construction
• 3-5 years of experience in hands on construction/carpentry
• 3-5 years of Project Manager experience required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to work with and understand new technology/software
