Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salary: Base salary range around 90k to 140k + relocation expenses & client approved benefits.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role will serve as a bridge between marketing operations and data analytics teams, ensuring marketing data is structured, captured, and leveraged effectively for insights and decision-making.

Design and implement customer journeys using SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Manage and optimize data flows between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external data systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Data Warehouses, CDPs).

Collaborate with data analytics teams to define tracking requirements, campaign KPIs, and customer segmentation strategies.

Create SQL queries in SFMC to extract, transform, and load marketing data for reporting and analytics purposes.

Develop and maintain Data Extensions, subscriber lists, and segmentation logic.

Support A/B testing, campaign reporting, and data attribution models.

Ensure marketing data is compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Provide insights into campaign performance and work with analytics teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

7+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journeys, and digital campaign management.

Proficient in SQL, preferably within SFMC's Query Studio or Automation Studio.

Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Familiarity with AMP script and/or SSJS scripting for dynamic content creation.

Experience working on data analytics or data-driven marketing projects.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign metrics.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant).

Background in customer analytics, marketing operations, or digital analytics.

Experience with data privacy frameworks and marketing compliance.
