Position Description:
Polaris Industries, Inc. seeks Senior Admin, IT Collaboration in Plymouth, MN.
Coordinate closely with the key members of the infrastructure and business teams to drive the overall design and implementation of the telephony and collaboration architecture. Evaluate the new technologies and recommend solutions that improve the user experience, security, stability, and increased productivity. Serve as the primary technology SME for Microsoft teams and focus on the design, administration, monitoring, and stability of voice, presence, video, collaboration, and telephony network services across the organization. Be responsible for the management and upkeep of Microsoft M365 systems for the delivery of services. Handle Service such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other technologies as defined. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot voice and video environments at domestic and international sites. Plan, analyze, test, and deploy changes or policies for Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, and/or related services following current best practices. Adhere to and promote existing ITIL processes and change management procedures. Perform analysis and capacity planning to ensure the performance and scalability of the voice and video environment. Develop standards and technical documentation to support Level 1 and 2 staff. Assess complex projects with a variety of requirements quickly, correctly prioritize tasks, provide accurate time estimates, and complete tasks in a timely manner while communicating changes and updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project initiatives, gathering requirements and analyzing findings to design or recommend appropriate infrastructure solutions. Stay current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education. Maintain system documentation. Manage the existing technology solutions to ensure they are secured, available, and perform optimally. Provide recommendations to management resulting in purchases and installation of hardware and software solutions that will support current or future business needs. Handle management of PSTN services and service providers, working closely with the telecommunications team to manage service providers, service, DID pools, Wireless Service, and various other systems and services. Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant Microsoft services and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers. Evaluate new products / technologies to determine the impact on existing system configurations. Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of the overall corporate voice and video infrastructure. Perform analysis, research, and take corrective action as needed to resolve 3rd-tier incidents, requests, problems, and escalations from lower tiers of support. Utilize advanced technical knowledge to analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues.
Up to 10% domestic travel required. This position allows for telecommuting, occasionally reporting to Polaris’ office in Plymouth MN.
Position Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related technical field plus 5 years of progressive IT experience in an IT Collaboration role.
Additionally, a qualified applicant must have professional experience with:
Experience gathering business requirements for Microsoft Office 365 services, including estimation, initializing, managing, execution and closure of the project according to guidelines. Experience analyzing system requirement specification (SRS) to recommend appropriate technical solutions. Experience configuring and continuously enhancing tracks such as SharePoint Online, PowerShell for administration of SharePoint, One Drive for Business, eDiscovery and Compliance, Exchange Online, Groups, and Teams. Experience with modern site provisioning, management, external sharing, term store management, user profile configuration, search configuration, apps, and InfoPath forms. Experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice and video environments, and managing the integration with PSTN services and service providers. Experience with promoting existing ITIL processes and change management procedures, performance analysis, and capacity planning, Experience configuring Azure Active Directory and Azure Enterprise Application Configuration. Experience providing technology leadership to telecommunications teams regarding Microsoft Office365 stack, specifically Microsoft Teams.

$119,101 – 123,000 per year. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
