Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center Engineering Sustainability
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure our customers have continual access to innovation. We work on challenging problems with many variables impacting the supply chain and are seeking talented individuals to join us.
You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Your role involves collaborating across AWS to deliver high standards of safety and security while providing extensive capacity at minimal cost. Key Responsibilities
The Sustainability TPM applies their expertise to:
- Develop sustainable engineering solutions and methods for global deployment.
- Evaluate requirements and actions to transition concepts to production readiness.
- Gain approval on production readiness items including integration, financial sustainability, and supplier qualification.
- Plan for regional specifics, testing, validation, and deployment schedules.
- Collaborate across organizations to ensure successful technology delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.
- Master's Degree preferred.
