About the Role: Seasonal Line Cook
As a Line Cook at Ashland Hills F&B, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. This position requires a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional service, as you will contribute to the overall dining experience. Ultimately, your efforts will help enhance the reputation of our establishment within the real estate development and management community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Must have Food Handler Permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification.
- Experience with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
