The Group You’ll Be A Part Of
The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
The Impact You’ll Make
Makes daily contributions to achieving CSBG objectives of installed base differentiation and revenue growth objectives via business development planning and execution. Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and provides operational support for a CSBG Business Development. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises CSBG Business Development executive by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Functions as CSBG Business Development delegate for both internal and external partner interfaces
What You’ll Do
MPP planning & execution
ADM and Symphony support & training
Brand Protection (IP Defense)
MRM scheduling, planning, and management
Track and publish CSBG BD/CFT assignments
Own CSBG BD playbook and associated training
Deal calendar & account reviews
Reliant and Upgrades evaluation approvals and tracking
CSBG interface for SEMI standards development and approval
Customer meeting scheduling, preparation, and coordination
In conjunction with CSBG Strategic marketing, creation of presentation materials for and delivering to executives and customers of all levels
- Market Share and P&D analytics
- Build an on-going bridge to review ESPC and SAR share objectives with quarterly/annual performance
- CSBG single point of contact for market share and P&D updates for QxR, BoD and Earnings calls
- Business development best practices
- Ensuring proper templates for customer exec presentations
- Proper use of EDP/EDA and ADM
- LMS coordination and support
- QxR & IBR preparation for CSBG BD
Who We’re Looking For
A master’s degree in business administration, business analytics, marketing, or a related field
10+ years of managerial experience in sales, business development, or business operations roles.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 - $276,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
