About the Job
Position Summary:
- Sr. Project Accountant will be responsible for Month-end activities such as miscellaneous journals, project costing, project budget analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
- Review project WIP, percentage of completion, revenue, variances, backlog, and profitability.
- Review project contract terms and compliance and manage the life of the project.
- AR project billing, preparing client fees, expenses and invoices
- AP coding/processing, coding, and allocations.
- Support project managers with miscellaneous tasks, reporting, and analysis.
- Fast-paced environment looking for someone that enjoys challenge, being team-player but also able to work autonomously, and a stable environment.
- Compensation will range DOE $75,000 to $100,000 base, plus bonus potential and strong benefits.
- The ideal Project Accountant would have a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
- For this person to be successful, they would need to have minimum 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience with related software such as Deltek, Vision, BST and strong excel skills.
