Responsibilities and Qualificationsolli Develops and compiles documentation related to investigations into risk or loss situations within retail stores.li Coordinates law enforcement activities and prepares case files for prosecuting attorneys; works closely with law enforcement and attorneys, providing information and data to support investigations.li Represents REI in court when requested by HQ Asset Protection or the Legal Department.li Monitors and assesses physical security of retail stores and collaborates with HQ Asset Protection on security issues.li Administers Asset Protection training programs to enhance store management and staff capabilities.li Supports market stores with Asset Protection services as directed.li Ensures policies and procedures of REI and HQ Asset Protection are implemented store-wide.li Collaborates with HQ Asset Protection and store managers to improve understanding and support of Asset Protection activities.li Participates in training sessions and updates provided by HQ Asset Protection.li Evaluates store-specific Asset Protection strengths and opportunities.li Reports regularly to HQ Asset Protection with ideas and opportunities for improvement./olh3.
