We arelooking for a Technical Program Manager (Digital Health) who will be responsible for managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules to deliver the projects ontime. This includes figuring out innovative processes for efficiently planning,implementing, and delivering Digital Health projects. You will possess strongproblem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and anability to influence business and technical leaders to contribute to continuesuccess to Digital Health. Be passionate about the projectsand delivering quality products in a timely manner. You should be highly motivated with a strong technical background in program management.
Roleand Responsibilities:
- Work with global teams to ensure that technology integrationprojects are delivered as per the requirements with high quality and on time.
- Identify stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams (productmanagement, software engineering, executives) across multiple geographies.
- Use effective project/program management techniques to work closely withstakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Own end-to-end project delivery with a focus of on-time and high quality.Define and track project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, issues andcontingency plans.
- Communicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholderson structured status report and presentation slides.
- Correctly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issuesappropriately.
- Lead and drive process change and improvement.
- Develop and manage program schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Contribute to R&D efforts by creatinghigh-value products that address unmet enterprise market needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
- 6+ years' professional experience in software engineering program andproject management.
- Building mobile and web applications.
- Understanding of building products in medical device/pharma for clinical trials.
- Demonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes), todeliver software solutions & projects involving multiple stakeholderteams.
- Full understanding of how to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideainception through development and launch.
- Ability to generate and present professional presentation slides anddocumentation.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across disparateorganizational structures and multiple management levels.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivatedindividual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strongorganization skills.
- Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
- Limited supervisionand the exercise of discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment whileprioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamwork.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizinghigh visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, andmoderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
