Warehouse Replenishment Supervisor at Accentuate Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the replenishment team to ensure timely and accurate put-away of incoming materials.
• Coordinate with inventory control, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor inventory movement, ensuring products are properly labeled, stored, and replenished in alignment with demand.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies within replenishment operations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze replenishment data and trends to improve forecasting and stock allocation.
• Collaborate with other departments to address stock shortages, overages, or product availability concerns.
• Prepare and submit reports on replenishment activities, inventory levels, and process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance replenishment efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse replenishment, inventory management, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ASW, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
